A 35 minute High Intensity Interval Training session designed to build strength, enhance stamina, and support long-term bone health. Helping you stay strong and vibrant throughout your life. This is followed by a 35-minute Pilates class focused on improving posture, core stability, and mobility. We conclude with gentle stretching and relaxation to leave you feeling balanced and restored.
