Thank you for booking with Forest & Wye Wellness. We understand that plans change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process. By booking a class, purchasing a package, or using our services via www.forestwyewellness.co.uk, you agree to the following Refund Policy.

1. Class Cancellations by Clients

​

You may cancel or reschedule a class up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows are non-refundable and will be counted as used.

  • Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed classes unless you notify us within the allowed cancellation window.

2. Class Cancellations by Forest & Wye Wellness

​

If we must cancel a class due to instructor illness, technical issues, or any other unforeseen event:

  • You will be notified via email or text message

  • You will receive a full refund or a class credit, based on your preference

  • Rescheduled classes may be offered as an alternative

3. Class Packages

​

  • An unused course (e.g., 7-week course) may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided no classes have been used.

  • Partially used packages are non-refundable, but the remaining credits may be transferred to another user upon request.

4. Private Sessions or Workshops

​

  • Private classes or special events/workshops are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations will not be refunded, but we may offer a credit at our discretion.

5. Digital Services or Online Classes

​

  • Refunds are not issued for digital products or on-demand classes once access is granted.

  • If you experience technical issues that prevent access, please contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.

6. How to Request a Refund

​

To request a refund or credit, please contact us with your:

  • Full name

  • Booking or transaction reference

  • Class or service details

  • Reason for the refund request
